Ziro Festival of Music is bock with its 10th edition and it promises to be the greatest edition ever Bringing you a more enhanced experience this time, Camp Zingaros have curated on experience of a lifetime. From the music festival to the cultural connect, rice beer and local wine to local cuisines, making  friends to leaving with Good memories, Camp Zingaros will give you all.

WHY CAMP ZINGAROS?

CAMPING GROUND : 

Hilltop View – Our campsite being at the higher ground gives you the best view of the paddy fields and the hills surrounding Ziro. The view is mesmerizing and perfect for photography.

Mud-Free Ground – The common problem which all the Festival goers face every year is the muddy ground in the campsites a afterwit rains. And frankly, no campsite is able to solve this issue and the campers have to compromise with it every time. We sorted this problem by choosing a higher ground which doesn’t face this problem at all. Even after heavy rain, we keep it cool.

Proximity – Our campsite is well connected by rood to the Festival ground (means no murky rood). About a kilometer away from the Festival venue, our campers enjoy the breathtaking views of Pine Forest and Kiwi orchards along the way.

TOILETS :

Concrete Structure – Camp Zingoros is providing Concrete toilets (both Western &. Indian) to our guests. We understand the necessity of having a good lavatory when you are out in the woods.

Running Water – 24×7 running water facility and Shower to take both.

Hygiene – The toilets are kept clean & hygienic for you to have a good time even while you are in the toilet.

Ratio – We provide separate Toilers & Shower room for Male and Female in a good ratio to make it more comfortable for our guests.

CAMPING TENTS :

Camping Mat – We provide clean sleeping mats inside the tent for our guests to have a comfortable stay.

Sleeping Bag – The sleeping bags provided are professionally cleaned and dried up before the usage by our campers.

Pillow – A proper pillow will be provided to all our guests inside the tent.

Tent  – We provide a 3 men tent for 2 persons, so that our guests con have enough space for themselves.

ACTIVITIES :

Village Tour – A guided village tour is provided to oll our campers interested with no additional cost. This activity can never be valued at a monetary point of view as it is priceless for us to introduce you to the Apotoni culture.

Traditional Fishing – A guided fun time catching fish the traditional way from the paddy fields with bare hands. The catcher tokes the catch home. Again at no additional cost. The experience of our guests means much more to us than money.

Acoustic Jam Session – All night Jamming Session along the bonfire with local artists.

Hike to Pine Grove – We take you for a hike to the surrounding pine grooves. The activity will take a couple of hours and will certainly give you a rustic jungle feel.

FOOD AND BREWERIES :

Breakfast & Dinner – Both the meals are included in all our plans. The menu is set in a way so that both of our Vegetarian and Non- vegetarian guests can enjoy their scrumptious meal.

In-house canteen/Dining area – Our canteen will be serving you with some delicious snacks during off-meal hours. Lunch will also be available al request.

Local Cuisine/Breweries – We understand how important it is to try the local cuisine/brew when you are in Ziro valley. And to make it possible for you, we will be serving different kind of wine, rice beer and local cuisine (on request).

Experienced Team – We provide you with o 24-hour customer support From a team which holds 7+ years of experience in camping.

Comfortable Transfers – A comfortable transfer from Guwahati to Naharlagun by train and from Naharlagun to Ziro by Bus, assisted by guides Individual seats and extra luggage space ore provided.

Rest house in Guwahati – We provide a rest house in Guwahati to freshen up and rest on 27th September, so that you don’t have to book a hotel/hostel for the day.

BASIC INCLUSIONS :

1. Breakfast for 4 days (excluding 26th September).
2. Dinner for 4 days (excluding 29th September).
3. 2men sharing tents, sleeping bags, sleeping mats and pillows.
4. Electricity source with charging points (Specific time slots will be allotted at the campsite).
5. Train Ticket (Sleeper class) from Guwahati to Naharlagun/North Lakhimpur (to and fro).
6. Bus/Sumo from Naharlagun/North Lakhimpur to Campsite (to and fro).
7. Inner Line Permits for entering Arunachal Pradesh.
8. Clean and hygienic toilets and bathrooms.
9. Luggage room.
10. 24-hour water supply.
11. Bonfire.
12. Campsite jam sessions with local musician.

EXCLUSIONS :

1. Airfare.
2. Individual Tents. It will be available with an additional charge.
3. Lunch.
4. Anything not mentioned in inclusions.
5. Excess stay & meals due to bad weather conditions/strikes, resulting in flight delays or any other form of transport.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• The organizers reserve the right to withdraw all services and ev/Ct any camper without refund at any time if the actions are deemed to be in violation of camp rules.
• Check out time is 11:00 hours.
• Slot at the campsite will be confirmed only upon receipt of full.
• Only campers registered with Camp Zingaros are allowed at the campsite, If you intend to bring a guest, you have to notify Team Camp Zingaros in advance and a decision will be taken accordingly.
• All guests must have government authorized valid Identity Card to check in.
• Guests are requested to respect the local traditions and customs.
• Camp Zingaros does not take responsibility for any refund arising out of any natural or man­ made calamities that may occur.
• Camp Zingaros won’t be responsible for loss and damage of goods belonging to the guests.
• Any damage to tents, sleeping bags, pillows or any other material belonging to Camp Zingaros in the campsite is subject to full payment of the product MRP with an additional cost of Rs 500/ for every item towards procurement charges.
• Camp Zingaros reserves the right to cancel, change the price, venue or inclusions with or without any prior notice to the guests if the situation demands.
• ILP- You hove to provide scanned copy of valid government authorized identity card along with your passport sized  PAN card is not Valid.
• PAP- Scanned copy of your passport along with your passport sized photo.
• Train tickets(Sleeper Class) will be provided from Guwahati to Naharlagun to Guwahati. Transfer from Naharlagun to Ziro to Naharlagun will be in a four wheeler.
• Cancellation policy – 50 Days prior to arrival 50% refund. Less than 50 Days to arrival No refund.
