September 24th:
> REACH GUWAHATI, DRIVE TO ZIRO
Reach Guwahati by afternoon to make sure you have ample time to relax before heading to Ziro. Camp Zingaros will provide our guests with a Rest House to rest and chill. A meeting point before the party starts. The Tempo Traveller from Guwahati for Ziro Valley will leave at 11:30 pm after we are done with Dinner. All the festival goers will assemble at the Rest House by 11:00 pm.

September 25th:
> WELCOME TO CAMP ZINGAROS HOMESTAY
Upon reaching Ziro around 7:00 am, we head to have breakfast in the Valley (not included). Then we will drive towards the Homestay where we check in within the available timings. Camp Zingaros waits to host you for the greater experience. Get some rest in the room, freshen up and enjoy your lunch in front of the god chosen panoramic view. Head out for the festival.

September 26th:
> SIT BACK, RELAX AND ENJOY THE MUSIC
This retreat is the perfect escape from the Urban Jungle, where you just relax, enjoy, listen to some music and try the local cuisine along with some rice beer. The evening Jamming session continues outside the festival ground by some local singers. Lie down and take in the pleasure of stargazing. The night is young.

September 27th:
> MEET THE LOCALS
Camp Zingaros guide takes you to a walk through the Apatani way of life. A cup of tea along with some snacks in addition while you sit and chitchat inside a traditional Apatani house.
Head to the festival ground, enjoy the performances and you can visit after the party as well once it ends.

September 28th:
> EAT, SLEEP, MUSIC, REPEAT
Try out different activities organized by the Camp Zingaro ( trek to the woods, Traditional fishing). The Valley will be full of throttle experiences. Head to the festival at 1 pm and party into the night. Ziro Festival will wait for you to have a Gala for the final night and never forgetting experiences.

September 29th:
> RETURN TO GUWAHATI
Freshen up in the morning, get some snaps with all the awesome people you’ve met and bid your new friends’ goodbye. We will gather outside the Homestay at 8:00 am. Drive towards Guwahati after breakfast. You will be reaching Guwahati by evening at 6 pm.

BASIC INCLUSIONS :

1. Accommodation : Clean and comfortable homestay rooms (Double/Shared options).
2. Meals : Daily breakfast (except on 25th September).
3. Festival Logistics Support : Assistance with festival wristband collection. Trip Leader for support throughout the Festival.
4. Transportation : Tempo Traveler to/from Guwahati – Ziro. Pick-up/drop-off from Homestay to Festival ground (scheduled timings).
5. Cultural Add-ons : Guided village walk. Traditional Apatani Fishing experience.
6. Inner Line Permit : ILP to enter restricted and protected areas.

EXCLUSIONS :

1. Lunch & Dinner : Not included (available as add-ons or from local eateries)
2. Alcoholic Beverages
3. Personal Expenses : Any item, shopping, etc.
4. Private Transport : No private vehicle provision unless booked separately
5. Anything not mentioned in the Inclusion.
